    🎮 How to Play

    • Goal: Climb from the Abyss to the Hollow Spires, recovering your memories through NPCs and fragments. But no matter how high you climb, the cycle begins again.

    🔧 Controls

    • Move Left / Right: A / D or ← / → (arrow keys)
    • Jump: Hold and release the spacebar
      • The longer you hold, the higher you jump (up to a limit)
    • Pause Game: Press P to pause or unpause the game
    • Interact with NPCs: Walk up to them — they will speak automatically
    • Dismiss NPC Dialogue: Press the spacebar while dialogue is displayed

    🗂️ Gameplay Mechanics

    • Power Jumping: Master timing and jump strength to scale obstacles.
    • Platforming Precision: Tiny ledges and moving hazards will challenge your reflexes.
    • Fall Consequences: There are no checkpoints — if you fall, you start over from the bottom.
    • Narrative Clues: NPCs share cryptic dialogue tied to your past. Collect all memory fragments across maps to reveal your story.
