Team member conducts an investigation on which backend technologies will be used. The backend technology chosen should address the needs of the project. The chosen technology should aid in the development of the course evaluation system

Brief report detailing possible backend technologies/frameworks, pros and cons of each, and a suggestion for which technology to use.
