- Team decisions will be made democratically, with each member holding one vote. Major decisions require at least a 75% majority.

- Members will commit to their assigned tasks and deadlines, with a system in place for reassigning responsibilities if personal constraints arise.

- Conflicts will be addressed openly, honestly, and constructively, with a neutral mediator if no resolution is reached. |
