Add Links (Quick Access)

Add links to FAQ or Index in a consistent and appropriate location on the website

Acceptance Criteria:

  • All links should point to the current version of the telephone support rep quick access page
  • Links should be styled in a way that is consistent with the updated branding guidelines
  • Links should be easy for telephone representatives to find
  • Links should not distract members/customers from the site
