1 Agile was an effective method in getting things done. Everyone had a similar amount of work that we actually wanted to do. I honestly is was good since we were all able to be productive majority of the time.
2 There were a few things that I liked and did not like about being the Project owner. I liked the fact that I was able to keep an eye on everything but at the same time it was a bit tidious trying to make sure that everything was done right. I would just want to be one of the programers next time since I prefer just doing rather than supervising.
